OCWEN FEDERAL ripoff, dishonest, crooks, crooked, liars, Orlando Florida
I want to be included in the CLASS ACTION against OCWEN Federal. They took over a loan in 1997, tried to pull the foreclosure stunt (for no reason as a payment was never late more than 15 days), put the info on my credit report and will not answer questions.
OCWEN will not even send me a detailed payoff statement showing how much is owed in principal, late fees, penalties or interest.
I used to send in payments, but as others on this message board, they would charge late fees on payments I know were not late. Sometimes it would take up to four weeks to post a payment.
I am definately in on the ACTION Suit.

As a former employee, I saw a lot of accounts where we did not post payments on time. We would still charge late fees in addition to attourney fees which we could not remove.
