OCWEN FEDERAL EXCEESIVE FEES AND THREATS OF FORECLOSURE HARRASSMENT, THREATS, EXCESSIVE FEES, NO DOCUMENTATIONS, NO DISCLOSURE ON ESCROW ACCOUNTS, UNHELPFULL EMPLOYEES ORLANDO Florida .....

Ocwen Federal Bank has increased our house payment from 690.00 a month to 983.64 to cover escrow. The escrow account was set up to repay home owners insurance of 800.00 from Ocwen and property taxes of 1525.00 over a 12 month period. After paying on this account for 10 months recent statments show only 75.00 was paid towards the insurance. Ocwen has been unable to show us what has been paid on taxes.

When asked to present this information Ocwen told us they were unable to find-or breakdown the accounts only to send us a statement saying we owe them 2700.00 or the property will be placed in foreclosure. The Letters being sent to us from Ocwen are apparently costing us 95.00. We have offered to pay the original mortgage payments of 690.00 for May 2003 but this was unacceptable. We have made several requests followed by several faxs requesting a current statement explaining the 2700.00 and a payment history for the last 10 months. Which we have yet to recieve.

Since April of 2003 we have been threated and harrassed by Ocwen to foreclose on our property. When I called a customer service rep. he could not break down what exactly these fees where except that we were three months behind in our house payment. I have all monthly statements showing I am not behind. He also said they made 2 home inspections at 7.50 a piece and a property broker fee of 107.00. The customer service rep. said I probably have been charged this every year since 2001 but was never told about it.
