I recently stumbled across a very interesting site. If you have AOL you key in Ocwen hit search then go down and click on Home Pages. Screen will then show 3 sites you will need to click on and read . #1 is Truth. #2 is Truth&Honesty. #3 is Satan Reigns In Paradise. The guy telling the story is in Prison in Fla. He asks if anyone has any info concerning the Marrone family, Ocwen Financial& Berkely Federal FSB or a class action laaw suit filed by previous employees of Ocwen .

He also asked for any info concerning Ocwens ties to HUD, the indictments of Ron Brown & Henrey Cisneros, previous Directors of Hud. I do not know if this guy is legite but several of us here in Nashville have Emailed him And plan to write him to check it out.

There is lots more he has to tell so everybody please read and pass this info on to your Lawyers it may be helpful. Please get in touch with me Charli , Doug and others . I feel I and my group here in Nashville have lots of valuable and useful info. We have just been having a problem connecting with others. Teresa/ Tennesse

HUD SCANDAL: OCWEN LOAN BIDS

I find a strong ring of truth in this fellow's report of money laundering and corruption, and this is especially true regarding HUD's selling off huge bundles of loans to OCWEN, formerly known as Berkeley Federal Bank.

Many of OCWEN's victims on this RIPOFF REPORT website can testify that the root of their predatory mortgage woes began with the illegal HUD contracts which gave no information at all about the cost of allowing HUD to buy your mortgage.

We would have all been much better off running to bankruptcy courts to defend against foreclosures back during the S&L recession of the early 1990's when this HUD/OCWEN scam took place.

OCWEN spell backward is "new company = newco" which is what Berkeley called itself during the shotgun wedding of HUD and OCWEN because not enough time to change the legal language of standard contract law of calling the new owner of a business contract New Company.

How can we get help?

How can we all get help? I too have been a victime of ocwen's ripoffs. I hate having to check every month to see if my payment is posted correctly or not. Please submit your RIp-off Report so we can show just how many victims there are. This will also help when a lawyer takes on Ocwen!
