Ocwen gained servicing rights to my loan as of
2/1/2005.After receiving this notice I was unable to contact them under loan number or ssn. I was nowhere to be found in their automated system.

When I was finally able to contact them,I was informed that there were additional fees and or charges due, but they told me I had 60 days to come up with the money, and not to send the 2 payments I had intended to send at this time.

Approximately, a week prior to my 60 day grace period ending I received a demand letter from them, this included 3 months of payments, and other additional charges not explained.

I was informed at that time that the Foreclosure Department would be now handling my account. At this time I was introduced to their forebearance agreement, and from this time on there has been several discrepancies. Deceptive answers during disputes with customer service reps.

Forebearance and contractual loan was paid in full as of 1/12/2006. Checking the account online it shows still to be in forebearance. The payment should have went back to the original one, but has not.

There is much more on this matter, it would
take hours to type up everything.
