I pay my morgage on time every month, yet they keep sending me letters saying I havent paid in the past 6 months. If that was so, wouldn't they have foreclosed on me already??

During the 10 years I have lived at this adress, they have given me nothing but problems, stating that I do not pay on time and continue to rack up late fees for me to pay, even though I pay on time every month.

I have taken them to court numerous times, and I have won, however I think that has just given them more incentive to keep charging me for nonsense things.

I have decided to sell my house, however I can't get a new morgage because Ocwen is on my credit report, and they shouldn't be. I told them I was selling my house and they sent me a payoff quote, which is MORE than what I bought the house for to begin with. Where did all the money go that I've been paying for the past 10 years?? Just to get out of this mess I agreed to pay the insane payoff quote, but THEN they sent me ANOTHER payoff quote, higher than the last one.

When I call them, I get forwarded from person to person, none of them know what I'm talking about, they say that the payoff quotes I hold in my hand do not exist, and do not answer any of the questions I have.

I have sold my house, the closing is in one week, at which time I will probably have to live in a hotel to avoid being homeless since I can't even get an apartment because of Ocwen being on my credit report.

You can dispute the credit report negative.

There are others around here who know more on this but from what I have read, you can dispute the false info by Ocwen and ask the credit bureaus for copies of what Ocwen sent to validate the negative. You could then dispute it from there.

I have also read that while in dispute, the negative must be removed. I would consult an attorney first though.
