Ocwen Loan Servicing and its other companies are set-up to forced consumers into forbearance and then rapidly into foreclosure. I've never dealt with a company as deceptive and corrupt is this one.

I was instructed to enter into a forebearance plan in Jan 2007 to "catch up and save my home." I made every payment as directed until May 2007 when death in the family necessiated a late payment. I was told all was well and forwarded another payment on June 15, 2007 to maintain the forebearance agreement. After the money was received via MoneyGram I was informed that the forebearance plan was cancelled per Ocwen's decision.

Ocwen sent materials to indicate "they were here to help." The accounting practices of this company make it impossible to resolve issues and save your property.

I contacted their Loan Resolution Dept. for the total amount to bring my loan current and was given the amount of $5777.00 which I remitted to Ocwen via overnight US mail and certiifed check.

As of today 08/24/2007 I am unable to receive my confirmation that the payment was applied and the foreclosure cancelled. One representative "David" stated that the cleared check is my receipt. On August 18,2007 I received via certified mail the election to sell under deed of trust. I spoke via phone with their representatives and was told "don't worry about it."

Also the estimated amount was $6,058.08 instead of the $5777.00 quoted to me.

This is not the what I requested and was later informed that any other written confirmation would take at least 15 days. Just enough for the foreclosure to go through. Predatory loan servicer is the nicest word to describe these "crooks."
