Complaint Review: OCWEN FINANCIAL SERVICES/OCWEN FEDERAL BANK F/K/A BERKLEY FEDERAL

I would like to report on this corrupt corporation. I know from the inside "I work there" all the abuses this people do to hard working people. they threathen people over the phone, talk to customers in a violent manner.
They have abused borrowers for so many years and get away with it.

For example: in CA, they are not supposed to charge a pre-payment penalty on the foreclosure loans. Well, they do. The reasoning for this is that the borrowers are dome and by the time someone finds out, the bank already made millions out of it, and this was told to me by one of the Managers here in Orlando, Florida.

Well, I had been doing my homework and finding that they are putting the money the borrowers send for payments on this bogus miscelaneous suspense or other suspense balance accounts while the borrower keeps accumulating late fees and other charges and the money is never applied towards the principal.

Thank God that here in Florida the judges are pro-borrowers and had thrown out many foreclosure charges and ordered Ocwen to work out a payment plan with consumers.

Now they are sending most of their operations to India. Yes, to India, were the labor is much cheaper than here and no benefits had to be paid to the employees. They transferred some departments already there.
