Ocwen used to be Delta Funding. They had a class huge class action suite and changed their name to Ocwen. I went in to bankruptcy with missing 3 payments but they reported 7. From that point on it got worse. After my bankruptcy was over, the Us Bankruptcy Court says that my balance due was 69,000 Ocwen reported 89,000 plus 25,000 in mysterious fees.

Better then this when I attempted to refinance my home they pay off was sickly riddiculous 149,000. I received the pay off 3 times and it even came back higher then that. When I contacted them, of course I spoke to someone who was not in this country. They proceeded to try to explain the fees but even they had no explanation. Now that I cant get correct pay off my house in now in foreclosure because according to OCWEN I AM 30 MONTHS LATE ON MY MORTGAGE. The lawyer that they sicked on me was suppose to submit a short request to see if they would settle for less. He never submitted and now on March 26, 2006 my house is suppose to sold in the Sherrifs Auction of Oakland County. I have not clue in my phsyical understanding where to even began to fight. I dont have money for a lawyer and me and my kids have lived in this house for almost 10 years. I know I have to have enormous faith in my GOD that these demons wil be rebuked and bound and my house be saved.

Do you have receipts?

I have been sending my payments to Ocwen by MoneyGram since Jan. 05 because of the crap they pull. It costs 9.95, but it's worth it for the peace of mind, knowing they don't have a check they can lose, and they get it 5 minutes after I send it. I also have a very good paper trail, in that MoneyGram can get receipts for you up to 2 years old, and it shows everything you need.
They are ruthless, they could give a crap about any of us. I am in the process of speaking to my lawyer, who said he wants to start a class-action against them here in Ohio.
You need to call your state Attorney General asap. He can intercede, and delay that. Write them a RESPA letter, which you can Google, and find an example of. Try all you can, before they take your house.
