Question about filing with:
Office of Thrift supervision
Northwest Region
Consumer Programs
10 Exchange Place
Jersey City, NJ 07302

My question is this, do we the victims of Ocwen have to be living in this area (New Jersey) to file? I am in Texas and will file today, if I feel that it will help us ALL!

Do it very very soon.
The main reson because Ocwen is fixen to close out their moragage department.
there are many people getting ripped and the more compiants. The better chance the Gov. will shut them down. So PLEASE jump on the band wagon!

Ocwen's lies are the only truth of this predatory monster.

To D and the rest of our family:

I don't know how they "dress it"; but when Ocwen takes a home (by stealing it) from any of us, they call it a "loss".

This shameful subprime lending "industry" has a lingo of their own to justify (read hide) all their wrongdoings.

Ocwen is risking a lot and incurs in a lot of expenses in its efforts to "help us", the subprime borrowers. According to their propaganda, these "wonderful" banks fill a need: ours. Since we, the very needed "deadbeats", could never buy a home without their "help".

So, Ocwen takes so many risks to help borrowers like us to have a home! And of course, they don't want us to loose our homes and will do every thing possible, and go to all extremes to help us keep our homes. Therefore, when foreclosure is "needed", this is reported as a "loss" (their loss, not ours)

There is an entire vocabulary invented to justify the lies and the evil of predatory lenders. They have a lot of financial terms, created just to make them look good and generous. We, the borrowers, are the bad ones!

D, we are so bad, that we don't feel any gratitude for Ocwen. I believe all of you agree with me about this.

In my particular case, I hate this bank as much as it wants to "help" me. I hate it more than that. I will never forgive this disgraced institution for "servincing" my loan!

We are to change the financial vocabulary invented just to cover the crimes of these banks at the people's expenses. We are to uncover their hipocresy and their true nature. We are to make sure that our childen don't receive this Ocwen's shameful heritage!

Illegal padding of the books?

I am just curious here... I too am a victim and have joined the class action with Kweku. However something just hit me with this posting.

I am not a rocket scientist or anything, but it seems to me that when Ocwen does their foreclosure crap and repurchases these homes on the court house steps for an inflated amount that alone should trigger an audit from the IRS. Reason: they are padding their accounts receivable, right? So, with these inflated purchases on our homes, wouldn't they (ocwen) have to pay higher taxes to the IRS? I thought it was called "profit". Am I wrong in this, or is there anything we can do from this angle to get someone or another agency to investigate them?
