Complaint Review: Ocwen FSB

I filed a report on these goons in Sept 2002 to tell a little about our experience with OCWEN. I would like to see the monster slain as well.

Our loan was sold to Crappy FSB (OCWEN) in July of 2000. The love affair was over by Sept. 2000. Yes we were late on some payments but included the monthly late fee with our reg. mortg. payment as promised. We too experienced the bullsh_t 95.00 "legal" fees from their Jr. Mob thugs at Moss and all the similar, unexplained, unjustified nefarious charges others mentioned. Forbearance agreement paid in full yet they didn't apply any of the payments to them. I caught this error and questioned them on it. They claimed to have "fixed the computer error" and all was well. I demanded a statement to reflect this...never got one.

We escaped (barely) in Sept. 2002 and refinanced with another co. Our payoff came in 2550.00 higher than originally estimated (by OCWEN!) and the escrow balance was lower than it should have been. I paid the pre-paid penalty( 3200.00) just to get away from the bastards and it was worth it! There's no doubt in my mind they would have eventually taken my home.

We never got our money back after the new closing and I had to call everyday to regarding return of escrow account. I would call EVERYDAY and tell them it was "Amy from Phx" That really pissed them off! After experiencing ALL of the problems related to the complaints filed on RIP-OFF Report, I sympathize with you all.

I just completed my affidavit and will forward to the Hanson party regarding suing their dishonest asses off!
