Ocwen is a Federal ripoff Fraud! Did Ocwen lose your mortgage payments? are you located in a major city? West Palm Beach, Florida
I was wondering how many in this group,lost money sent to Ocwen? Are you located in a major city? (Sec. 8 free house program would come into play here)
Anyone not served with court dockets by Ocwen? Anyone miss a court date, because of this? Is the amount Ocwen wants on your account, thousands more then you owe?
Is Ocwen changing the amount due, every other month? Was the property value stated by Ocwen, higher then what the other homes are selling for?
What does Ocwen want?
1) They want you to file Bankrupcy, at the Fake balance due!
2) To foreclose on your house. So they can sell to Sec.8 people, and HUD pays the mortgage payments.
They get clear money over ten years!
And good hard working people that either lost their jobs or have a major illness "injury"..are Out on the Streets! (Me!)
Tell me if anyone is looking into this? If so who?
Class Action Suit is needed ASAP!

Look I am a consumer that Ocwen Federal Bank is the lien holder of my note. I just recent found out who regulates this system which is the Federal Bank calls OTC.
You first ned to report them to the end person who is William C. Erby and phone number is (561) 681-8000 Now the address is 1675 Palm Beach Lakes
Blvd. Ste. 1000 West Palm Beach, Fl. 33401-2119.
After you send him a certified letter then file a complaint with the Ferderal Reserve Bank. I recent learned this is who audit and regulates this operations.
See, I am a person who they have violated my contract allowing a person to make payments toward a mortgage as if they are consuming my loan. My note is non assumble. This is the behacvior of 2 employee's one named Nancy Tarvez, and the other one is a Cindy who works in the research dept.
All these employee's has dicuss my account on a continue basic one this individual that was performing illegal transaction with these employee's.
Then they tried to harash me saying I was calling and cursing them out. Really stuipd. I am a very high moral person and my standards , vocabulary is excellent that I don't needs to curse any one. I am very capable to apply power to the pen and document their action.
Now, I intend to show the State of Flordia how they have committed a felony allowing this person to perform identiy theft using my credit as they have did illegal. I also had signed a satement to Opt out that need of my information could be release and these employee's has done this also.
All my privacy, and many civil rights has been violated as a consumer with Ocwen Federal Bank by these employees.
