I have read a HUGE number of complaints here against Ocwen spanning several years.  I have been a victim of their myriad of servicing errors, and all of their precursors spanning 10 years, 2 foreclosures, 1 wrongful foreclosure lawsuit, 1 rescinded foreclosure, and a current foreclosure.  Read enough yet?  Here are the facts:

Violations of State and Federal laws

Violations of Fair Credit Reporting Act

Fraud

Consumer violations too many to list

...and I could go on and on with a list filling a page.

I am not alone.  Thousands of people right now, today are having the same problems...bogus paper trails, rediculious fees and charges, not processing payments, mis-management of accounts, and the most fun...fraudulent escrow fund transactions and accounting.

As far as modifications go... not providing HAMP when you are qualified, odd-dated modifications (example 22-year with baloon) and paper that could fill a 7-yard dumpster that is all worthless, yet intentional.

How about writing clauses into your modifications that you can never sue them for anything ever?

Seriously, I am so sick of battling these people for 10 years, you have NO idea.  But I refuse to give up or give in.

If you are feeling the same way, reply to this post with a serious intent to be willing to join an action against them.  If you are an attorney with the skill and clout capable of orchestrating a class-action, reply to this post.  Any state in the US.

I want peace of mind and justice...and with that, a good nights sleep.

Answers to some questions:

Ocwen is a loan servicer.  Loan servicers are like the name implies, they manage the loan, take payments, pay taxes from escrow, do the paperwork (badly) etc.  JP Morgan Chase would be a note holder.

If you have had similar situation with your mortgage as I have...please read below.

If you have a mortgage loan modification from Ocwen call the number below.  If you have not received 45 day notification of an increase in your mortgage payment with Ocwen call the number below.  If you have not received an annual escrow account statement or any escrow account statement call the number below.

Class action against Ocwen forming.  If you have had any of the above noted circumstances, like me...or others you feel you are confident violate Federal laws, you can call this number.  Ask for Chris.  (((redacted))).  Let Chris know you are calling regarding the Class Action against Ocwen.  If he asks how you heard, let him know you heard it from Sue.
