Complaint Review: Ocwen

Found out last may ocwen has been reporting that my mortage was 90 days late for 19 mths in a row as the story goes on i will be foreclosed on soon the only thing i have not read in any one elses report is my foreberance agreement has a section stating if i sign it i can not sue them for anything they have done wrong to me so i did not sign and now after 14 years of owning my home . i too will be out on the street
