Our mortgage originated at Wells Fargo who transferred our loan immediately to Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC. My statements have been incorrect since they took over the loan and in dealing with the company you have to speak with 5-10 people who ask you the same stupid "security" questions each time they transfer the call, finally reaching the person who you can actually understand and correct the issues.


We fell short in the economy, being self-employed in a niche retail business since 2005. Sales began to decline 11/08 and we sought assistance. Having obtained a loan modification due to the 2 year ARM loan coming due and us not being able to sustain. However ended up falling behind choosing our next course of action, we chose Short-Sale. Obtained a CASH BUYER 11/09, received Forclosure Letter dated for 12/30/09. This company approved, twice, the short sale but incompetantly could not provide the correct documents to the Real Estate Company to complete the deal.


They faxed the papers at 9:52pm e.s.t 12/31/09 for the transaction to completed by 12/31/09 allowing this property to forclose since 10 o'clock on New Year's Eve No bank could wire the funds appropriatly or allow the Title Company to transfer the title in time.

The CASH buyer still is attempting to purchase our now lost property from REO Dept. at Ocwen. The offer has been submitted written for the Cash Approved amount and her "tennants"...us (we do not know the buyer) she would like to remain in the property and rent back to her....but they still have not answered the Agent and we have received our "10 Eviction Notice"....they still are proceeding even though they have an offer on the table! Ocwen doesn't want money for this property> I believe they want it in their "REO" Arsenal to get "bail-out" money from the government!!!....Someone help STOP the INSANITY.....WE are PEOPLE out here with NO CHOICE>
