 I was approved for a modification with Litton Loan after a three month trial period ending Nov.1st,2011.  When trying to make my first approved modification payment, Dec.1st,2011, on line, I was notified that Ocwen was my new lender.
 I was never notified of this change prior to my payment attempt. Not by regular mail or email.  When I called Ocwen,  they said they knew nothing about my mod agreement   with Litton and would have to research my claim.

A few weeks later I called,  they said they saw only 2 trial payments, the third was missing.  I sent copies of the bank checks that I sent,  it was not enough.  More time passed, I called again.  More evidence was needed.  I went to the bank and got copies of the endorced  trial period payments, all three, and sent them to Ocwen.
I call every week, and it's the same story, call back.  I am going to try to take legal action against them.
