Ocwen Loan Servicing Forclosed on my home during a bankruptcy ripoff Orlando Florida
My husband and I filed for bankruptcy in October of 2006. The bankruptcy discharged in January 2007. We surrendered our house along with 2 cars in the bankruptcy. Ocwen carried the 2nd mortgage on our home which was for roughly $45,000.
Since we just came out of a bankruptcy we have not applied for any credit and in April I pulled our credit reports so that we can start the process of repairing our credit. The company that carried our 1st mortgage updated our credit report to show that they were included in the bankruptcy. Ocwen, however, has proceeded to file a foreclosure on the house.
Now, rather than just working through a bankruptcy we have the foreclosure on our credit as well.
