Ocwen Loan Servicing Foreclosing on my home using bogus fees Orlando California
We have become another victim of Ocwen and their band of thieves. Supported by vague statements,off-shore tech support (India),and very questionable fees.Behind due to illness was entered into the forebearance plan
However every month since entering the plan additional fees of $422.00 plus a previous returned check fee continued to be assessed to the loan. Ocwen terminated us from the forebearance plan despite Moneygram payment of funds as instructed by the customer service dept. Numerous call resulting different information each time.
Every payment was to result in bringing the loan current but only foreclosure happened. Foreclosure and sale of our property is pending . They refuse to send accurate accounting of attorney fees etc. The one returned check was in 11/06 however we have been billed for this in each monthly statement. When questioned about this we were told the check fee had not been paid. When contacting several agencies for assistance including a "predatory law firm " no assistance is available when Ocwen and company are mentioned. We are lossing our home because of these predators and the shady loan industry out here particularily located in Irvine,California,
When will the state and federal govt. stop these loan sharks. We thought loan sharking was illegal but it seems to be in this industry.
So far we have paid $ 13210.00 for the foreclosure posted as $6500 property.
