Constant phone calls up to 10 times or more daily. Even if you already talked to someone that day.

Unwilling to drop false charges, such as: Property inspections (when no one ever comes to the said property).

Waste of paper: Sends paperwork through regular mail and also sends the same thing certified mail. Sends 2 copies of everything 1 of each one on the loan.  such a waste!

Hires non speaking or broken speaking English. Sometimes the people aren't even located in the United States.

We need to keep the jobs in the United States and maybe we wouldn't be in the shape that we are in.  Give those call positions to people who live in the United States.

Appointments made with a gentleman named Mr. Winters and yet have ever talked to this said person. When you call in you have to talk to whom ever answers and will not transfer you to a person whom you can understand and is willing to really help you out.

Just a very rude company to work with and no options to help you get back on track when you have had a decrease in income.

So then, you are on the receiving end of all these calls.  Perhaps if you did what you agreed to do and make your payments on time then their BILL COLLECTORS wouldn't be calling you!  But its all THEIR fault, isn't it?

Then you say they won't "help" you.  When the loan was made to fund your purchase, it was very clear what the lender's responsibility was/is.  They fund the loan and you pay them back.  Where in the contract does it say they will serve as your financial advisor, your mother, your clergyman or your friend.  Your income dropped?  What you do is get a part time job to supplement what you do make so you can pay your bills.  Neither you, me or any other person who signs a financing contract is ENTITLED to skip payments or change the terms.

Oh yes...all the other stuff you've thrown in is nothing more than a smokescreen.

Since I've no doubt have hit the target with this rebuttal, don't bother responding with the typical deadbeat nonsense comment, "you must work for them".  I'll save you the effort...I don't!
