Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC file for the president modification 3 times and the first one say we didnt quilifiy and the other two never heard anything from them. Internet
10 years ago we got a loan with Ocwen and we didnt want loan that was flexible rate but it was the only way we could get a loan with them. We was told that after a year that we could refinance our loan with them and when the year was up was told they didnt do refinancing. Have been struggling these 10 years and battling with them coz they are quick to try foreclose and telling us they will help but when we call them they only try make our payments higher and the people we talk with dont speak good English and its very hard to understand them or you just cant hear what they are saying. When we got behind on our loan the first time we paid a little over $5,000 to get it caught back up. i ask them when they say we had to pay that amount to catch up if we owe anything else and the person said no. so we paid it and when we got our next bill it was say we owe $5,000 and we have done this 4 times. i dont know what they are doing with our loan but we need help to find out what is going on.
