Ocwen Loan Servicing, which has an "F" rating with the BBB, and a Consumer Alert on the BBB's website, has started to intentionally deny struggling homeowners the option to save their homes because the housing market is IMPROVING and the company feels it can simply take the home and resell it to obtain a Profit.

I called Ocwen and they put me into touch with home retention specialist Michael Busch. His telephone number is 1-866-910-7516, and his email is Michael.Busch@ocwen.com. I explained to Mr. Busch that I was working but do to the loss of my only car I had to rely on others to get me to work and I had been missing days as was did not work on the busline. 

I advised him that the busline would start running in five days to my job and that I wanted the repayment option. Ocwen use to allow people to simply pay a little extra each month to keep their Homes. However I recieved no assistance from Mr. Busch at all. He was cold. Unempathetic and sounded like a robot. He stated that I would have to pay the entire reinstatement amount or go into a loan mod. He knew I couldn't qualify for a loan mod as my home is out of state and I would not qualify because its not "owner occupied" at the present moment. 

What Ocwen is trying to do is run down the clock. Bank of America, which I use to contract for, when they wanted to take someone's home, would steer the customer towards a loan mod (even when the customer was up front with them about not qualifying, and run firm the clock on the person and then deny the person, fIkr the foreclosure and take the home. All in less than a week.

They would string the person along pretending to be assisting the person in a clever disguise, using the pretense of a loan mod, to guarantee the person would lose their home. 

Thus is now what Ocwen is doing. 

THOSE GREEDY B*STARDS!

Shame on them!
