Ocwen Loan Servicing They don't update info on your credit. It looks like you're way behind. Tried to re-mortgage, couldn't because of it. Orlando Florida

We fell behind on our mortgage because of medical reasons, I've been trying to catch up ever since. Even though I send them money every week and am mostly caught up, our credit summery is never currant. We'd like to refianance but when any new mortgage company reads this, it shows we haven't made a payment in months. It's never updated. (They don't want anyone to refianance.)

When you finally do get a human to talk to it's usually someone you can't understand, and I've been on hold for over 40 minutes at times then they kick you off to start over. I've talked to their "damage control" dept. only to get an answer of "pay more each month to catch up". They refuse to defer a payment to help us, and continue to charge huge fees.

I asked about the new laws that have been passed to help people that have fallen behind, they did not even want to discuss it. Any e-mails take at least 5 days to hear back from. They also hold onto checks sent in the mail. It has taken 10 + 11 days for my check to clear, adding to the late charges. I'm sure this is done intentinally. How many people is this company ripping off like this? How can anything thing I do help to stop this?
