Ocwen Mortgage Multiple phone calls within a couple hours Carol stream Illinois
We have received 31 auto phone calls within a week. We were 4 days late and our bank is wiring our payment...it will be received Monday. Sometimes, it is 2 calls within 5 minutes..Also, this week, we had calls on Labor Day and on Sunday.
I just now started documenting the calls, time, and dates, but this is not the first week that this has happened. This has been going on since we were taken by them when our other mortgage company went under.
They also did not continue our HAMP that we had just completed with our other mortgage company. I'm afraid to complain because I don't want to lose our mortgage.
