Complaint Review: Ocwen

I mean no offense to you; but when you say "after all they did for me". Who are "they"? Ocwen's people? May be you don't mind to clarify it.

To all others,

For most of us, Ocwen did all "agaisnt me", and not "for me". If Lisa is talking about Ocwen's people, I am very happy for her rare experience.

To my fellows, I say that I visited the site Ocwen.org and did not understand the use of the word "uncensored" (See, I never went to school to learn English. I learned it on my own and is not good enough). Does that term refer to the rule that prohibit the use of foul language or bad words in this site. Is it bad to use this site bcause of it? I agree with that rule. Particularly because English is very poor in "bad words". In my opinion Americans vent all their frustration with the word "F...." You never know if they are upset because they lost their job or because there is a little stone in one of their shoes. In that aspect, Spanish is a lot richer. Spanish bad words are very numerous, specific, and have unique connotations. Since English (without bad words ) is more exacting and precise I have no objections to the fact that foul language is not allowed in this site.
Also, the phrase "room for improvement" found in the cited Ocwen. org site, is very scary. Do you really think Ocwen has "room for improvement"? Everything they do is PURPOSELY WRONG. Can we improve BAD FAITH? Do we have Good Faith or can we just get it,..buy it at the corner, or improve it? Very confusing for the simple minded.

Will Ocwen Federal Bank FSB, "improve" its way to collect payments by acknowledging checks sent on time by Old Good US mail using a 37 cents stamp? As of today, Ocwen believes itself the only one with the right to use 1st class regular mail. Will they let go of their license "to collect fees" and stop collecting their Speed Pay fees ($10 or $15) to post payments from borrowers, and other charges, like the illegal 5% late fee?. Will they return all the money they get from the defenseless homeowners? Will they let go of the need for Certified or Express Mail? (these kind of mail is expensive and most of us use it, again, forced by Ocwen. A lot of times is not aknowledged it, either)

I, personally, refuse to pay them their beloved monthly extra fee anymore, and now I pay $5 to my bank to originate (me, not them) my monthly payments. I do it so my bank is a witness of my prompt payments. Does Ocwen think that I prefer that kind of delivery for my payments? Ocwen has a license "to transfer moneys". Why, then, is it so slow at collecting electronic payments originated at another banks? (My bank has to physically deliver the payment to Old Tricky Ocwen).

Will Ocwen stop playing with scrow moneys? I talk about that money freely used for they profit. Will it stop imposing expensive Insurance, good for nothing but our emotional pain and their fast pockets? Will they pay our taxes on time with taht money? Will they report interest to the IRS?

Rooms for Improvement.... Why do they have that Collection Agency footnote in all their correspondence to us (late or not)? Are they a Servicer first, and a Collection Agency second, or viceversa? Will they ever behave like a normal Servicer? Will they let go of those collection footnotes? I don't think so. Each time I read a letter from them I feel they want me to be a "subprime" ( or at least a "subprime for ever"), and are pushing all the time to "subprime" me. I refuse to be "subprimed" by Ocwen. (I don't need their help at "subpriming" me. I can do that myself alone very easily)

Will Ocwen train their workers to really help the customer? Room for Improvement? What about eliminating from their reps's lips the sentences "I don't know" and "I'm not allowed"? Will their workers KNOW someday what they are supposed to know? Will they be ALLOWED to help someday? Lots of rooms for improvement.

Will this nice company with a lot of "room for improvement" declare invalid the hundreds of bankrupcies forced (improved) by its behavior? Will they return (improve) the stolen homes to their victims? Will they return(improve) the peace and happiness they take away(improve) from so many parents working 2 or 3 jobs to calm Ocwen's hunger for money? Will they compensate (improve) the litle old couples that worked all their lives like horses to find themselves weak and tortured in their old age? Will they finish(improve) the anguished of so many single mothers? Will they compensate (improve) the giant efforts of so many victimized fathers? Will they return(improve) the joy to so many children that lost their childhood and their stability because of Ocwen's greed?

Will they return (improve) the money they steal from us? Will they Gather Together the pieces of All The American Families they have destroyed? Will they, finally, send the musicians home, turn off the lights and stop the MACABRA FIESTA with our bones and our lives? Oh..! I got it! Ocwen will send us all $500 in coupons, as "valued Ocwen's customers", for boxes of Kleenex we can buy to dry our wet faces full of tears! JA! JA!

Room for Improvement....What a joke!
