As most know of ocwens nightmare on families we too have been victim to thier tactics. I need not to write all their deceptive ways as all know what they entail. I have been folling this website for two years now to stay informed.

THANK YOU RIP OFF REPORT! Thanks to Marleen, Mr Hansen, and All who are fighting this fight for us! We too are ( or I hope ) are part of the lawsuit. I thought I would update everyone and say Thank you Jesus we are now refinanced.

Although we are still getting daily calls from OCWEN FEDERAL BANK as it states on our caller id. We are now keeping a log of how many times they call us each day even after they have recieved their payoff check from our new lenders 1 week later! To what lengths will ocwen go to drive us totally insane with their illegal unethical morally corrupt harrassing ways? I thought I was done taking my valium because of this ? company ? We have sent our e mail to mr hansen stating we want HIM as our plaintiff in this case. We do NOT want it to go to another state.

God must have sent us all an angel when he decided to take this case on. Cheers to him!

When requesting a copy of our payoff report from ocwen it took almost 1 month and some hard core words form our agent in order to get them to send it. This way (of course) they could & did add extra charges. Charges for this and charges for that but the funniest one was for a lein release.

Why a lein when they hold the note? They also added over $1000.00 in escrow shortages when all taxes have been paid.?????? We have a detailed transaction report from OCWEN FEDERAL BANK FSB that they faxed our agent.

Nothing I mean nothing adds up. I wonder who does their bookkeeping? Does anyone know how to deciper this out? I am sure the lawyers would like a copy of this one.

The Saga Continues

We received our final escrow account disclosure statement of account history dated 2/10/04. Postmarked 3/3/04. Now if this isnt proof in their delays I dont know what is. Three weeks from time of report to getting it mailed????? The disclosure statment of account history is only a history of what they want us to see. It looks so nice and pretty. Everything all in neat little columns. The only things missing of this statement was a column for all the outrageous legal fees imposed. Nope no column for that. Or a column for suspense. Nope not on there either. Nor a column for what they consider "other". Zero zip zilch nowhere on Ocwens little final escrow account disclosure statement does it even mention any of the thousands of dollars that went into those columns. It is also pretty funny how the original detailed transaction history report that Ocwen sent our new mortgage company has these 3 columns. Now can you not see a little Ocwen employee at his or her desk looking at their computer screen aimlessly deleating this and deleating that so we in the end have this nice neat little piece of paper with everything all in columns to make it LOOK like they are doing everything right. I am very thankful for our new mortgage company and the broker we worked with. He gave us copies of everything that Ocwen had sent him. HA HA Ocwen. The transaction history they sent him is by no means anywhere close to what our little piece of paper says that we recieved from Ocwen. I really like the part that says absolutely nothing about the monies Ocwen recieved from us. That is real detail now isnt it? Details that only Ocwen wants you to see.
Now the very next day we recieved another letter from Ocwen dated 03/02/04. Postmarked 03/04/04. INCREDIBLE!!! only took them a day to process this one. To bad all transactions werent as timely as this one. This was a letter telling us there had been an overage of funds in our escrow account after our payoff and they would be sending us a check. SCAREY One nice thing was they sent it on there very own little letterhead paper. Something one rarely sees. ( just for your info ) on the bottom of this letter it states that "Ocwen Federal Bank FSB is a debt collector and any information obtained will be used for that purpose." A new week a new business. One week a bank next week a debt collector. Another week something else. Reminds me of the horse of a different color from The Wizard of Oz.
We recieved our check dated 03/03/04. Postmarked 03/04/04. What promptness!!! Never thought it could happen!! Now shall we run right down and cash it? why not! Lets see if they do a stop payment on it for some reason or another that they might scam up.

Gone But Never Forgotten
Another Ocwen Victim (out of their clutches)
Still Suffering

Funny How Phone Calls Stop AFTER This Posting, some geek watching this website

#3Author of original report

Isnt it a funny thing that all our phone calls have stopped from Ocwen after this was posted. Now tell me that those hungry vultures at Ocwen do not have some geek watching this website. Surely it isnt because there are any intelligent people there that are accurate and up to date with their accounts.

Also we have received in the mail an application from Liberty Life Insurance for just a "SMALL fee ADDED to our mortgage payment each month" I called this company and asked them how they got our personal information. Well, according to Jerome....Ocwen has contracted this company to sell life insurance to all mortgage holders. ( just another way for Ocwen to get there hands on more of our money )I wonder what kind of late fee would be added to that extra $10 a month charge. By the way............I surely do not remember signing anything from Ocwen saying that they have the liberty to give out any of our personal information............ oohhhhhh things that make ya go hummmmmmmm.

I strongly urge anyone reading this post to refinance NOW with another company and join in on the class action lawsuit against the Ocwen vultures.

Also keep in mind Erin Brochovich because this is exactly what these Ocwen vultures remind me of and she alone brought down a MAJOR company single handedly. We have a very committed legal team on our side.
