Complaint Review: Ocwen

started a modification with Ocwen. We sent in all of the paper work and Ocwen did not bother to call us until Oct 20 about the mod. To make a long story short Ocwen foreclosure factory turned a current, albeit unlawful, mortgage that was CURRENT into a foreclosure. I have every document to prove this. Eventually we filed a Federal Lawsuit against Ocwen, as per Rule 26 disclosure we find out in the comment log of Ocwens they did nothing for 3 months. When we were going through the process these people assured us that all was on target. There are no records of any communication until Oct 20th. Thats grossly negligent, and when we were served the foreclosure papers by the sheriffs dept we were all shocked to see a foreclosure date on the property for 21st of December 2013. Now that we have absolute proof of everything we are thaking Ocwen to court. Federal action has precedence with which we have absolute proof to beat these clowns with.  I stated that we did not want to become delinquent and they stated that we were "seriously delinquent" I can't wait to see the reactions when my bank statements and the Ocwen statements are shown to a jury if it gets that far. I was later denied stating that i make too much income, I checked on Ocwenloanmodifiers. com, spoke with Richard who has assured me a 100% approval and will take the fee only after this is approved, they guarantee a loan modifictaion.

one of my close friend also had Ocwen loan but he was lucky enough to have it refinanced on time, I am stuck with these low in life scumbags who dont want to help anybody, I wish and pray everything falls back in place.
