Well, I am following instructions about the posting in order to be included in the class action suit.

I went into a forebearance agreement for a smaller amount when HUD sold my home to Ocwen. In the beginning all was well until I received my amoritization schedule. The balance seemed right. Then I received another one with an additional 18,000 added to the balance. Ocwen can't tell me what it is for.

Now, bear in mind all real estate attorney that I have spoken with tell me I can walk away and not be hurt. You see, my name is NOT on the note anywhere. I can't be held legally responsible for the mortg, but Ocwen keeps reporting to the credit bureaus, plus they pull reports sometimes 3 times a year.

I am totally current on the payments, plus I am makeing the contracutal payments. I am totally disabled and am unable to pay any extra.

I would love to refinance, but I can't since there is an additional 18,000 on the balance that I will not included in a refinance.

Due to this site, I was able to find out that Ocwen paid my taxes late one year and was able to get the overage sent back to me.

Now, to keep them from calling me, I don't give them a phone number, just 999 999-9999, so their little computer AMY can't call.

In the begining I was harrassed for payments, their mis postings, home owners insurance (I have always been covered) and then trying to get my name off of their billings since it is not on the note or whatever it's called. I never signed ANYTHING that would make me legally responsible.

I will join in on the class action suit if one does get certified.
