My husband got the strangest phone call (at work). This person said he was a lawyer from Ocwen, his name is Mr. Cruze.

A mirical accured! For some reason ALL of our past problems have been rectified and our mort. payment which started off as $432.00 to $500.00 to $732.00, would now be "about $200.00 a month for the rest of our loan,(we have a year to go). My husband was dumb struck I guess and told this guy to send everything in writting and we'll have our atty look at it, and my husband told him to have a nice day and hung up.

We're waiting for this "letter" and will keep all of you informed.

Makes you wonder. Are they trying to rectify their mistakes? Well it doesn't matter if they drop the payment to $2.00, I'm in the class action suit, no matter what.

Today we got our statement, (july 15th) our payment is due on the 10th. We sent our payment out last week praying it gets posted to the correct acct.

anyway, our principal payment is under $500.00, we got a bill for over $1400.00. and a usual letter from "Ray Cruze" atty with Ocwen. Still waiting for the promiss letter from him. (I better watch for doors hitting me in the a$$)

This sounds like a forebearance plan. You will be apyiing a certain amount of money, but your balance will still increae because you are not making your regular monthly payment.
