Ocwen ripoff false promises scam liars slow prossessing late fees Palm Beach Florida *UPDATE ..there is power in numbers!
They changed my payments; added inscurance & taxes. Changed my payments; added fees and charges without proof of doing any thing to acuire them; charged title work without proof of title work.
Lied many many times. said they were sending paperwork and did not send them. Send false statements; when money was sent, they returned my check and send an additional statement saying I owed more than I did.
They have customer service people that act as if they are here and then gone (mentally). Will not return phone calls. Bank calls me; when I call back the line will direct my calls to "one" person; which is not even a bank employee.
They call asking why I've not returned their calls; when In fact I leave many many messages & even have other people call them for me. I can't even get them to me how much I actually owe them; they've been trying to figure it out for 4 weeks.
They have told me I didn't make enough money and that they are going to take my home !!!!!!!

I have been In continious contact with The Attorney who filed the lawsuite. You must be a part of this class action suite !!
He needs all the affidavits he can get; remember there is power in numbers !!!!! The more affidavits he gets the more power we will have !!!!! Don't let Ocwen get by with the crap they are doing !! Put a 2-3 page letter together telling all that Ocwen has don to you; have it signed and notarized and SENT IT TO HIM !!!! It can help save your home. There is no time to waste..... Do it today before it is to late !!! Overnight it
