I am so glad I found this site-I had no idea it was this bad! I took out a first mortgage in 10-01 on a home I had paid cash for. Before the first pmtwas due, it was sold off to Ocwen. Many months and tears later, I am awaiting word from a State lending agency here in Pa. that can intervene when foreclosure looms imminent.

Although there were exigent circumstances in my paying late at one time, when the monies were sent in full and in accordance fully with their demand letters/other, payment was never properly credited to my account. Abusive to say the least, I have never experienced such blatant deceptive practices. The stress that has come due to this ongoing tirade by Ocwen is enough to put you 10 feet under, if they do not foreclose first!

Payments never recorded-numerous diparaging/accusatory phone calls on a daily basis-incorrect billing, one amount one day-a different the next! None of it has made sense, save for the obvious that this company is as dirty as they get.I will be awaiting word on the hearing this Tuesday-I only wish I could be there too.I hope that through that ACT program for Pa. comes thru by 02-08 deadline, or I too will probably lose my home after all. Any replies to this posting are welcome, rest assured I have read the comments and am right there with you all. If we stand together-God willing, we will prevail!
