Ocwen ripoff, Liars and Crooks at Ocwen piz Larry West Palm Beach Florida
No Larry I was Not offered repayment plan! Ocewn wanted $10,000.00 when they purchased the home from HUD. It took HUD to stop Ocwen from sending out bills like this to their new customers.
I have three cashed checks for mortgage payments, yet I have no credit for these months. So you lied to a Judge when you stated I was six months behind in payments!
I was one month behind, I called and wrote to Ocwen and no one replied until four months pasted. That was a letter from Ocwens lawyer. I offered two out of the three months payment. Ocwen wanted $900. in four months, $1,500. was due to your lawyer in fees.
Lets just settle this in court with a Judge! Then explain the three sets of amounts due and the judgement, which I was Not served and No service shows! Explain that to the Judge Larry!

I am a completely neutral person in this matter. But, after reading all of the comments about Ocwen, I truly feel sorry for all of you. What I find very odd, is the fact that they have one of their employees trying to justify what seems to me to be in some cases their own doing. Why would a company as big as Ocwen, be reading a sight like this? If they are in the right every time, why do they need to rebut the statement? I hope I never have to put up with what you all have and I also hope that I never fall behind in my payments on my house, because you never know who will buy out your mortgage. I now know who not to get a mortgage through.
