Complaint Review: Ocwen

Ocwen ripoff Orlando Florida

I have a previous rip off report here when this first started happening 3 years ago. The fight still continues. I received a request from these _______ the other day and they conviently do not have my homeowners insurance information. Even though this was sent by the previous insurance company and the new company. At no time did the insurance lapse. SO now I will wait and see if this ____ forces insurance on me. I have sent this information to my attorney.

I have had to file Chapter 13 to save my house and their attorney's are requesting all kinds of stuff from my attorney: proof of monthly mtg. payments: Ocwen does not have any records showing these being made, even though my bank account goes down every time a check clears, and it is late. Nice piece of work.

Now I have a really big question for someone to answer me: If you are in Ch.13 can this ____ continue to increase your interest rate? My payments have gone up 2 times so far this year due to the adjustable rate. It gets harder and harder to pay them and also my other bills. Now when the confirmation for this
Ch 13 goes on the 19 of next month, I will be hopefully not have to pay any additional monies to these sum bags.
Where is the law suit standing at this point, does anyone know? I have note heard or read about it for some time and would like to inform my attoreny about what is going on.

Jon from CA, you seem to have very good insight into these? Any useful information you can give me?

Thanks

Cindy,

I submitted a post yesterday with information for you but for some reason it hasn't been made available.

Besides this site, you should also check the MS Fraud website. There's a lot of great information on this subject, and you can contact some of the posters there, if they make their email address available, which many do.

The Best of Luck to You!

I was just wondering, in the beginning when you went to a lawyer, is he the one that advised you to file chapter 13? I'm thinking about going to one myself. I just don't want to have to do that. I just posted a report today about Ocwen. You can read it to get to know my situation.

I wish I could answer your question about the interest rate. But I really have no clue. I'm trying to decide what to do. If I want to continue fighting with these crooks or just try to sell while I still can. I do wish you luck.
I also have seen previous reports about a lawsuit. I would love to know where it stands also.Good luck to you. Hopefully one day in the near future these crooks will be STOPPED!
