Do your research before using this company, I wish I had. Multiple bad reviews on the BBB website. I keep searching online and finding more and more complaints. Dishonest business practices. Order placed on amazon and requested the order to be cancelled on November 4th. On November 5th at 9:01am I receive an email saying they won’t cancel because it’s already left the warehouse. The UPS information shows a different story. The label wasn’t even created until 11:02am and the package didn’t leave their facility until 4:38pm that day. I return the items since they forced the order upon me. Original order amount $142.88, refund amount $57.17. They are trying to make more profit not selling the item than if they did sell it. Customer service was rude with the entire process and they are not being honest either. If they are willing to lie about an order for only $142 I can’t imagine what they would be willing to do over more money. I advise everyone to take their business elsewhere.
