Ofer Stern was supposed to $750,000 BTC deal and claimed to be a direct contact to a seller of BTC.  It turnes out he lied and after 4 months, he has yet to pay back any of the losses.

He is a resident of Herzilya, Israel, and is infamous for stalling during the WSOP to increase his pay
