Complaint Review: Off The Wall Mirror

I purchased a Off the wall mirror off TV commerical,early in 2018, then received postcard there was a delay in shipment, expect to ship my order on August 21, 2018. would have in 30 days.

Received second out of stock postcard in September, sent back signature card, signed, that I still wanted mirror. 9/8/2018. here it is Jan. 1,2019, still not received.

They were paid in full. PLEASE help  resolve this matter, its not the matter of the mooney , its ripping people off and getting away with our money.
