I also signed up for a free gift card by joining Netflix back in January 2004. My current account status is "approved" but I can't seem to get a "confirmation email" so I can go to the next stall phase of completing a "Fulfillment Certificate" and mailing it in. I think they add too many steps in their process in the hopes that people will either forget about the offer or give up. Several times I have clicked on the "approved" link but never get the confirmation email I need to get my gift card. I even tried sending separate emails to customer service but get no replies.

The Better Business Bureau of Silicon Valley has had 194 complaints filed on this company. This morning I called the number I found on the BBB website for Y.F. Direct (866)383-3733 and left a message. They are now going under the name of NetBlue. I also sent an email to Netflix letting them know what was going on and asking for their help. The next step I'll be taking is to file a complaint with the BBB if I don't hear anything back from NetBlue or Y.F. Direct or whatever they're calling themselves these days.

I called the toll free number and actually reached customer service. The customer service rep was very nice and helped me submit my fulfillment certificate. I'm supposed to be getting my gift card in 6 to 8 weeks.

If you having problems contacting them thru email try calling 866-383-3733 and enter the extension for customer service. Their emails may look like spam to some servers and it's possible that they're getting rejected due to spam filtering.
