Complaint Review: OfferCentric

I have an account through OfferCentric for the plasmas4free.com program. I completed an offer as requested (Bellaplex) and OfferCentric never acknowledged that I completed that offer - and I have sent them my receipt to prove it. They have an inquiry form on their site where you can request a followup by their customer service - I have filled it out 3 times in the last 3 months and they have never contacted me or fixed my credit issue.

I have recruited roughly 35 people for this offer, and the website says that not one of my recruits has completed a required offer. Since I know that I completed an offer (and paid $6 in shipping costs to do it), and OfferCentric has refused to give me credit for it, I think that they are probably lying about my recruits as well. For all I know I could have met all the requirements for the free TV, but I will never know because this company seems so shady.

Too bad, I thought their company was a really great idea - but I cannot even get them to acknowledge me.
