offerwire Offerwire gave a special rebate to join time warner cable. The rebate was misleading and no good. customers are puposefully lead on a wild paper chase so no money can be retained. Vero Beach, Florida
Offerwire will tell you about rebates if you order time Warner cable or other providers through them. These offers are misleading. You will not get your full rebate as they purposefully mislead customers. Go directly to the provider. Do not use offerwire. they are unhelpful and deceitful. This company is ripping off the American people!
