Offerwire Poor customer service Ft Lauderdale, Florida
The company is listed as an authorized comcast dealer. I saw an offer on their website for a modem and router. After placing the order with offerwire I was told that I would need to call comcast to finalize the sale. When I called comcast they said they had no knowledge of the sale. I was then repeatedly told to call comcast at different numbers and was always told that comcast had no knowledge of the sale. Hence I canceled the order but received the equipment anyway which was returned, but I had to pay for shipping both ways ($30). Save your time and trouble.
