office depot Cancelled the order without any notifications, Internet

We placed an order in November 2012 with office Depot over the phone for a blackberry playbook 64gb. They sent us an email, confirming the order and noting that the item is backorder and estimated delivery decided 5th. We called them again and they confirmed over the phone that the order is correct. Since that time, there was no communication from Officedepot.com.

Today, December 5th, we tried to check the order status online and found that someone changed the status to delete. Just like that - no email, no phone call, no apologies. Nothing!!! Needless to say, we will never trust Officedepot.com again and will warn all our friends and family to stay away from this company. Shame on office Depot and Officedepot.com!!!
