If you call customer service to find out why delivery did not arrive. After checking the tracking link,  they will just keep asking same questions over and over. Just to wear you down so you will hang up.

I even wrote to customers service and got the reply which is pre-scripted.No one look up the problem. Just said I see they will deliver the next day.

Delivery did not happen because of road/weather conditions. I live and work in the delivery location no road or weather problems. No one is accountable for the failed delivery and the customer just gets the runaround.

Will take my business to Staples.
