Complaint Review: Office Depot

This Company was running an advertisement on a Toshiba laptop with a mail in rebate for $150. I submitted the required paperwork and now they claim I did not mail a receipt, which is not true. I tried calling them on the phone and the call went to India, it was hard to understand what they were saying, but funny how everytime I called they said they couldn't help "because their system was updating"
