Office Depot Pashed a protection plan on my purchase southaven, Mississippi
On September 21 2012, I purchased 2 Nexus 7 tablets at $199 each. At the time of purchase this DUDE at the check was pushing this "Protection Plan" on me for $49 each. After about 10 minutes of telling me that these would help if something happened I said ok. The dude never told me to go online and register the tablets (because I paid cash) so about a little over a month later my daughter cracked he lens and I took it back to the store and they were like " Where is the receipt? did you register it? They gave me a number to call but that hasnt helped me out at all. So now I've paid about $600 for tablets that dont have a protection plan! If you're selling a protection plan in a store you should sign up for it in the store and to my knowledge that is what I was doing!! I will never pay anything else from OFFICE DEPot

"Use your PPP card to register online at: www.officedepotservice.com of call 1-866-540-0013."
You did do this....right?
Your warranty pamphlet, in part, states: "You must keep this plan and the sales receipt for the product, they are integral parts of the Plan and you may be required to produce them to obtain service...:
You read and did this, also....right?
No, I DON'T work for Office Depot, bought and registered a printer under their warranty plan.
I DID read all the paperwork...you, apparently did NOT.
No Ripoff by Office Depot, just carelessness on YOUR part..how sad.
