The salesperson convinced me to purchase this 2 year premium worry free accidental damage free replacement plan for $150 .  My laptop was damaged during our move by sliding off my trailer while parked in my drive and hitting the concrete.

I called in my claim and told them what happened and I added that I may have back over it afterwards but it's hard to be sure but it absolutely fell first, the rep sated it was not covered.

I just went back to the store where I purchased the laptop and premium 2 year product replacement plan from and told them about being denied and they were very polite and understanding.

They gave another number to call for Office Depot and the service rep there gave an additional number to call on Monday but told me not to worry my claim would not be denied again, I will update after that conversation.

I will re read the WRITTEN policy to make sure I didn't miss something, unless you know something I have missed please let me know because as you know I am moving and that alone is enough Stress to deal with.

The part that is surprising to me is that they never asked to see the computer, it appears to me that the only part that was driven over by the car was the charger pack , which is not covered by the policy anyhow so the laptop was damaged by the fall during packing the trailer , and in my opinion constitute an accidental slip/ fall cracked screen etc. as it was set there with the intention of bringing it inside the vehicle and I heard something prior to moving the car .

What does the WRITTEN policy say?  You have read it, haven't you?
