Office Max consumer rip-off fraud 100 pkg rebate Anderson Indiana
I sent in a rebate for 100 pack cd's.
They were on sale for $49.95 with $25 mail in rebate for a final cost of $4.95
I mailed this in on 10/7/01 , after 6 months of not hearing or receiving a rebate I checked with my local store where I purchased them.
They said they had trouble with that rebate and it was being processed a little slower than usual.
Later when I checked they said I must not have filled it in properly.
My father and and one of my girlfriends also took advantage of this offer and have not received their rebate either.
This is the second time I have sent in a rebate from office max and have not received anything from either one.
I have talked to other people that have had similar experiences.
The saying must be true ....if it sounds to good to be true ...it is.
I don't think this company should be allowed to advertise these rebates if they can't back them up!!!
