Office Max Damaged Shipment / Cannot get RGA Internet

Dont order from Office Max On Line.  If you have issues, they leave you frustrated and damaged product with no RGA. 

Received damaged desk. Take 2 dishwasher boxes and dump the desk in one and put the other on
top and tap all around it.  Then shake it around so that everything is scratched, etc. No BOL or packing list taped to box, etc.

12/6/12:  Called and was told 1 to 3 days for pick up. 

12/12/12:  Called and told that since it shipped from mfg that they are waiting for RGA number. 

12/18/12:  Called and no RGA.  Then CSR argued with me on thefact that they (Office Max) call it RMA. Asked for supervisor.  Not givenone but given to a person that claims she can take supervisor calls.  And she was rude and argumentative also.  

12/20/12:  Still no RGA/RMA.

Im frustrated and will NEVER order from Office Max again.

Bottom line .. paid for a desk a month ago, damaged, cant get RGA, cant get a replacement desk until this one goes back, lack of customer service and they have my payment.   

Be aware that when needing to return damaged material that it may take weeks.

Im hoping they see this and will correct this issue.
