The letter arrived in the mail. It states that I have won $2,000,000 to be paid out when I send in a check for $11.89.
There is no phone number, only a PO Box. The signature is faint and hard to read. It requires the payment be sent within 7days.
You must choose either a lump sum or payments over several years.
