I ordered an office chair as a gift in December 2022, it never arrived within the 15-30 days as stipulated in the  initial order acknowledgement email. I then inquired about details of a UPS tracking number 2 weeks after the order was placed only to be met with an email about supply and demand and shipping delays.  The representative responded initially in a timely manner.  I waited another 3 weeks with no further communication from the company, I asked for an order update and then decided that an order cancellation would be appropriate at that point. I requested to be refunded via email. 

The same representative would not acknowledge my request details, only emailing back that she would try and see where my order was in the distribution queue, offered me a model of lesser value but the same cost and suggested I pay for expediated shipping for an additional processing fee. Those were not options for me. After asking 6 times for my order to be cancelled with no substitutions or shipping adjustments via email, I have heard nothing back.  I called only to get an answering machine, leaving detailed messages for a resolution.

I then researched online reviews and have read numerous reviews and that consumers are going through very similar issues with this very company. There are those who have never received their product nor their requested refunds. I have recently put in a dispute claim to my credit card company. Lesson? Research as best as you can prior to buying online. Too many companies don't behave ethically or care after they have your money.
