Philadelphia police officer Jeffrey Walker framed 53 people. As proof, 53 convictions were reversed yesterday, November 8, 2013, because Walker's perjured testimony resulted in their convictions. Nearly 100 of Walker's other victims may also have their convictions reversed in December, according to defense attorney Bradley S. Bridge. Walker faces a November 20 hearing involving his arrest by FBI agents for stealing $15,000 from an alleged drug dealer earlier this year. Note that Walker is one of hundreds if not thousands of corrupt Philadelphia cops, but he is being made a scapegoat because he is black. As proof, about 80% of the Philadelphia police officers arrested under Commissioner Charles Ramsey's reign are minorities, even though roughly 60% of the city's cops are white, as are most of the most crooked ones. Also, note that the vast majority of Philadelphia's criminal cops are immune from being fired, much less arrested, as per a study conducted by independent prosecutor Ellen Green-Ceisler.
