A order was placed with this company on November 23, 2021. At the time of purchase their website promised delivery within 5-15 business days. After three weeks of waiting, and nothing showing on the tracking number i contacted them. They asked me to wait another week.

After waiting another week and nothing on tracking (it said arrived destination and then nothing for weeks), it was clear the package was lost. I asked them to either send a replacement or issue a refund. They ignored my plea and simply told me to continye waiting. This went on for over a month. It was over double their estimated shipping time, and they offered no solutions.

I informed them that the entire process has ruined the gift and begged them to at least reply. No reply. Two weeks later (1.6) the item was actually delivered. I was amazed to find - a painting that i paid over $150 for, was nothing more than a cheap print from China.

If you go to Alibaba.com you can actually find most of what these scammers are selling for over 75% less. How they are in business is amazing. They have horrible ratings on the Better Business Bureu. I notified them multiple times that unless they replied (JUST wanted a reply!) i would be opening a BBB and a rip off report.

Avoid this company at all costs. They're peddling cheap stuff  and selling it as "boutique".
