My experience has a few similarities to the 2014 report for NHL SHOP OFFICIAL WEBSITE but is more involved. Most likely the same Chinese establishment with a new twist. My son was lured into the deeply discounted NHL jerseys and asked if I would get him one.

My experience started by ordering 2 jerseys for a Christmas gift, my credit card being charged almost $6 more than the invoice amount, receiving an order notification e-mail that states the items come by ship from China and will take at least a week, only one jersey arrived and it had a patch sewn on the arm indicating Colorado apparel (on a Red Wings jersey).

There is only one contact person for the ENTIRE establishment and the only means of communication is e-mail. I sent an e-mail asking about the amount charged to my credit card and where the other jersey is. There are extra fees charged to your credit card because of it being a transaction in a foreign country. The missing jersey was out-of-stock and I cannot get a refund because of it being a foreign transaction. I have been chasing a rabbit now for 10 weeks trying to get a different style jersey with the same hockey player's name. On Jan 21, 2017 I received an excuse that the factory is on holidays and should be back in a few weeks. Now I am not getting any response to my e-mails and it is March 1 (more than 6 1/2 weeks since the holiday excuses started).

You will notice on their website that there is no information after selecting the "ABOUT US" page, and the only contact information is a message that you can send.

The jersey is not officially licensed NHL apparel. Since it's from China it's a replica with a strange patch sewn on the arm sleeve.

Do yourself a favor. Avoid this establishment and pay extra for legit NHL merchandise in the US.
